The short version
This website does not ask you for personal information, does not set its own cookies, and does not run analytics. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms and no newsletter. You can read every page here without telling us who you are.
What the host records
The site is hosted on Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify's servers keep standard access logs — your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user-agent string — which are used to serve the site and keep it secure. We do not combine those logs with anything else or use them to identify you. See Netlify's privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.
Images and embedded video
The typefaces are served from this website itself, so displaying a page sends nothing to Google. Two things are still loaded from other companies' servers, which means your browser contacts them directly and they receive your IP address:
Unsplash supplies the illustration images on the Custom GPTs cards, from images.unsplash.com. YouTube supplies the embedded videos.
The YouTube embeds use privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), so YouTube does not store cookies about you simply because a video appears on the page. If you press play, Google may then set cookies and record the view under its own policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Links to other sites
Links to the Etsy store, ChatGPT and PostMyNote.com take you to services we do not control. Nothing you do there is visible to this website, and once you arrive their own privacy policies and cookie banners apply. In particular, any purchase from the Kept & Ready shop happens entirely on Etsy — payment and delivery are handled by Etsy, and this site never sees your payment details, name or address.
If you email us
If you write to contact@fastforwardcreatives.com we will have your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else, we do not add you to any mailing list, and we keep the correspondence only as long as it is useful.
Our apps
The mobile apps are covered by their own policies, linked at the bottom of this page. They are separate from this website: what an app collects is described in its own policy, and this policy does not apply to them.
Children
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, children included.
Your rights and changes to this policy
Because the site collects nothing directly, there is normally nothing for us to show you, correct or delete. If you believe we hold information about you and want it dealt with, email us and we will. If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
